Cheddar-Bacon Spaghetti
- 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Old Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cripsly cooked, drained and crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and flour in medium microwaveable bowl.
- Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
- Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min.
- or until thickened, stirring after 2 min.
- Add cheese, mustard and hot pepper sauce; stir until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
- Drain spaghetti; return to saucepan.
- Add cheese sauce and bacon; toss lightly to coat.
