Slow-Cooker Smoked Pulled Pork

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add pork and sear for about a minute per side.
  4. Remove and set aside.

  6. Place seared pork in the slow cooker along with the liquid smoke and salt, to taste.
  7. Cook on high for 4 hours (or on low for 8 hours).

  9. Remove pork and shred with two forks.
  10. Serve on a bun, in tacos, or even in stew.
