Slow-Cooker Smoked Pulled Pork
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1- 1/2 pound Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs
- 2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
- Salt

- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add pork and sear for about a minute per side.
- Remove and set aside.

- Place seared pork in the slow cooker along with the liquid smoke and salt, to taste.
- Cook on high for 4 hours (or on low for 8 hours).
- 3.
- Remove pork and shred with two forks.
- Serve on a bun, in tacos, or even in stew.
