Vickys Ras-El-Hanout Moroccan Spice Mix, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
  2. I use my coffee grinder to grind the seeds, bay leaves etc
  3. Store the spice mix in an airtight container, an empty cinnamon jar is ideal
  4. Makes around 70g / half a cup
