Chocolate cranberry raisin bread

  1. preheat oven to 325'F
  2. add chocolate pieces, milk, cream and butter into a glass mixing bowl.
  3. place bowl on top a pot of simmering water in order to melt chocolate.
  4. Stir often to mix ingredients.
  5. Once melted remove bowl from heat.
  6. add all eggs to a separate mixing bowl and whip until eggs are light and fluffy.
  7. add liquid extracts and continue to mix.
  8. add melted chocolate and mix well.
  9. add cocoa powder and mix again.
  10. sprinkle some raisins and cranberries into the bottom of a buttered baking dish pan.
  11. lay the sliced bread into pan.
  12. pour custard over the bread.
  13. cover air tight and let rest for 20 minutes to allow time for the bread to absorb custard.
  14. sprinkle some more raisins and cranberries on top of bread.
  15. sprinkle some sugar on top.
  16. place bread in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
