BBQ Chicken Wraps

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken and marinate at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan or grill pan.
  4. Add the chicken and cook 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked.
  5. Slice into strips.
  6. Spread each of the pita halves with mayonnaise, top with lettuce, cheese and chicken.
  7. Fold the base of the bread up towards the centre then roll from the side to enclose the filling.
  8. Serve immediately.
