BBQ Chicken Wraps
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500g skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 large pita breads
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
- 100g lettuce mix
- 6 KRAFT FREE Singles, sliced in half Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the chicken and marinate at least 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or grill pan.
- Add the chicken and cook 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked.
- Slice into strips.
- Spread each of the pita halves with mayonnaise, top with lettuce, cheese and chicken.
- Fold the base of the bread up towards the centre then roll from the side to enclose the filling.
- Serve immediately.
