Easy! Delicious! Plump Shrimp Spring Rolls
- 10 Spring roll wrappers
- 300 grams Shelled shrimp with heads removed
- 1 Hanpen
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 for frying Oil
- Defrost the frozen shrimp.
- Cut half of the shrimp into fairly large pieces.
- Finely mince the other half.
- To a bowl, add the shrimp from Step 2 and the hanpen, breaking it up with your hands as you add it.
- Add the ingredients and mix well.
- Fill the spring roll wrappers with the shrimp mixture and wrap them up.
- Put some water on the edge of the wrappers and close them tightly.
- Shallow-fry the spring rolls in a generous amount of oil until golden brown.
