Easy! Delicious! Plump Shrimp Spring Rolls

  1. Defrost the frozen shrimp.
  2. Cut half of the shrimp into fairly large pieces.
  3. Finely mince the other half.
  4. To a bowl, add the shrimp from Step 2 and the hanpen, breaking it up with your hands as you add it.
  5. Add the ingredients and mix well.
  6. Fill the spring roll wrappers with the shrimp mixture and wrap them up.
  7. Put some water on the edge of the wrappers and close them tightly.
  8. Shallow-fry the spring rolls in a generous amount of oil until golden brown.
