Honey Wheat Bread

  1. Dissolve yeast in water in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add honey and stir until melted.
  3. Add salt, oil and wheat flour and mix well.
  4. Mix in white flour gradually until dough is consistency that can be kneaded.
  5. Kneed dough on floured surface for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Lightly coat a large bowl with oil.
  7. Put dough in oiled bowl and cover with damp cloth.
  8. Let rise until dough has doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
  9. Deflate.
  10. Shape dough into 2 loaves.
  11. Put loaves into 2 greased loaf pans.
  12. Let rise until 1 or 1 1/2 inches above loaf pans.
  13. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
  14. Let bread cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
