Easy Keema Curry with Lentils
- 200 grams Ground meat
- 80 grams Boiled lentils
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1/4 packages "Vermont Curry" Mild (curry roux)
- 1/4 packages "Vermont Curry" Medium Hot (curry roux)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Japanese Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Instant coffee
- 400 ml Water
- These are the boiled lentils.
- Chop the onion and carrot and place them in a mincer.
- There you have finely chopped onions and carrots ready for use.
- Cook the mince meat in a frying pan.
- Once the meat is cooked, combine the finely chopped onion and carrot and stir-fry.
- Pour water into the mixture.
- Cover with a lid and steam-cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove the lid and add the boiled lentils.
- Add the store-bought curry roux, honey, Japanese Worcestershire sauce, and instant coffee to the mixture from Step 8.
- Simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
