Caramel Pudding
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 gallon milk
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup cornstarch
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine brown sugar and butter; set aside.
- Heat milk, then add eggs, flour, cornstarch and salt.
- Boil slowly until thick.
- Take off stove and add sugar mixture and vanilla.
- Beat with mixer until smooth.
