Caramel Pudding

  1. Combine brown sugar and butter; set aside.
  2. Heat milk, then add eggs, flour, cornstarch and salt.
  3. Boil slowly until thick.
  4. Take off stove and add sugar mixture and vanilla.
  5. Beat with mixer until smooth.
