Easy Mini Cheese Cakes Recipe
- 1 pound cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers (vanilla wafer cookies)
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1.
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
- 2.
- Cream together softened cream cheese with sugar.
- 3.
- Fold in Large eggs and vanilla.
- 4.
- Line 24 cupcake tins with paper liners.
- 5.
- Place 24 vanilla wafers into bottom of liners.
- 6.
- Spoon cream cheese mix into tins.
- Fill up to 3/4 full.
- Bake 10 min.
- Cold then cover with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigeratebefore eating.
