Black Forest Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 300F (150C).
  2. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, cornstarch and almond extract; mix well.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 55 minutes, or until center is set.
  8. Cool; chill.
  9. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
  10. Refrigerate leftovers.
