Elk burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Form patties making 4 -6
  3. cook over medium to medium/high heat
  4. Flip about every 5 minutes
  5. Enjoy with a nice bun..lettace...tomatoes.
  6. ..and smile
