Elk burgers

• 1 lb elk meat
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 packages container blue cheese
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• dash paprika
• 1/2 large red onion chopped small..diced
• dash salt

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Form patties making 4 -6
3. cook over medium to medium/high heat
4. Flip about every 5 minutes
5. Enjoy with a nice bun..lettace...tomatoes.
6. ..and smile
