Popeye's Surprise Recipe

• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 pkg. Knorr's dry vegetable soup mix
• 1 can water chestnuts
• 2 boxes spinach, well liquid removed
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 sm. onion, finely minced

1. Mix all together.
2. Let set overnight.
3. Serve with pumpernickel or possibly rye bread.
