Coconut Curry Sauce/Marinade

  1. Let the can of coconut milk stand still for a few hours.
  2. This makes it separate.
  3. The thick stuff on top is wwhat you want here.
  4. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Voila!

coconut milk, dark sesame oil, fresh ginger, curry powder, lime juice, rice vinegar, sesame seeds
