Horseradish

  1. Peel and wash horseradish and beets.
  2. Grind into a large bowl.
  3. Add salt, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
  4. Add more beets if you desire more color, more water for thinner consistency.
  5. Adjust seasonings to taste.
