Feta Spread with Fresh Dill
- 1-1/2 cup Tre Stelle Feta Cheese
- 1 cup Tre Stelle Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Crackers, toasted pita wedges
- flatbread
- In a food processor combine feta and ricotta cheese; process until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended but still chunky.
- Makes approximately 2 cups.
