Sauteed Okra
- 1 lb. okra pods
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sherry
- Wash okra, leaving stems on.
- Place over boiling water and steam for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- Eat with fingers, dipping okra into melted butter and wine.
- Or pour butter-mixture over okra.
