Spicy Fish Sauce

• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce (see Note)
• 1 teaspoon chili paste
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

1. Combine all the ingredients and stir to dissolve the sugar thoroughly.
2. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
