Goat Cheese with Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (28 Oz. Can) San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil Flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 4 ounces, weight Goat Cheese, Sliced
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a food processor, add the tomatoes and puree the mixture.
- Move to a large bowl and add salt, basil, and garlic.
- Stir the mixture well and pour evenly into 4 oven safe bowls.
- Place the 4 bowls on a baking sheet and slide into the oven.
- Cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan and raise the oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
- Spread out the goat cheese between the 4 bowls and place in the center of the sauce.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
