C.U.'S Mild Salsa Recipe

  1. In a food processor, finely chop garlic and jalapenos.
  2. Add in tomatillos and chop again.
  3. Remove the mix and combine it with the remaining ingredien The salsa can be served immediately, but the flavors will blend nicely if i chilled for several hrs or possibly overnight.
