C.U.'S Mild Salsa Recipe
- 1 x Clove (large) garlic
- 2 x -(up to)
- 6 x Jalapeno chilies, seeds removed
- 4 sm Tomatillos, (about 1/2 c.)
- 6 x Italian Plum tomatoes, diced (2 1/2 c.)
- 1 med Onion, finely diced
- 1/2 x Green Italian pepper, or possibly
- 1/2 x Green bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. Coarsely minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Coarsely minced cilantro
- 1 x Lime, (about 1 tbsp.)
- 1/2 tsp Salt Cumin, to taste (optional)
- In a food processor, finely chop garlic and jalapenos.
- Add in tomatillos and chop again.
- Remove the mix and combine it with the remaining ingredien The salsa can be served immediately, but the flavors will blend nicely if i chilled for several hrs or possibly overnight.
