Bourbon Citrus Chicken
- 1 chicken breast; boneless or bone-in
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp orange peel seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 salt and pepper
- Marinate chicken in bourbon for 4-48 hours.
- Pat chicken dry.
- Season.
- Grill, saute, or roast until thermometer reaches 165 or juices run clear.
- Variations; Celery seed, vinegar, mustard, bacon, thyme, Italian seasoning, honey
