Health Freak Quinoa Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe CJCooker

  1. Take full quinoa and throw it the blender on liquify to get it to a fine, powder.
  2. Add baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend all wet ingredients (and splenda) with a wooden spoon.
  4. Vigorous.
  5. Make sure to include all parts.
  6. Pour the dry into the wet, blend the ingredients all together and add the chocolate chips while stirring.
  7. Form 3 inch patties on a lightly buttered cookie sheet.
  8. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
  9. Let them cool on metal surface.
  10. Serve em up!
