Health Freak Quinoa Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe CJCooker
- 1/2 cup Quinoa
- 1/4 cup butter substitute (i used land o' lakes buttery spread) softened
- 3 packets Splenda
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup
- 4 tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Take full quinoa and throw it the blender on liquify to get it to a fine, powder.
- Add baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, blend all wet ingredients (and splenda) with a wooden spoon.
- Vigorous.
- Make sure to include all parts.
- Pour the dry into the wet, blend the ingredients all together and add the chocolate chips while stirring.
- Form 3 inch patties on a lightly buttered cookie sheet.
- Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
- Let them cool on metal surface.
- Serve em up!
