Tuna Noodle Casserole
- 1 lb saltine crackers or 1 lb Cheez-It crackers
- 4 ounces cube butter
- 4 (4 ounce) cans tuna in water
- 1 lb extra wide egg noodles
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- fresh black pepper
- 0.5 (12 ounce) bag frozen peas
- cook pasta, leaving it slightly firm.
- crush crackers in a zip-lock bag.
- heat butter and crackers in pan until lightly golden, let cool.
- mix tuna, mushroom soup, peas, milk, and pepper together in a casserole dish.
- add pasta and stir well.
- top with crackers.
- bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minute.
