Mexican Platter Recipe
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 to 3 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- Taco seasonings
- Salsa (mild, med., or possibly warm)
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Brown grnd beef and onion.
- Drain.
- Season with taco seasoning.
- Layer in large casserole: Refried beans, salsa, cheese, meat, salsa, and cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees till cheese melts through.
- Serve with side items and chips.
- Great for party or possibly meal.
