Asparagus With Feta Cheese
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese
- Snap off asparagus ends.
- Boil asparagus until tender, drain, and set aside.
- Add olive oil and garlic to saute pan.
- Saute for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
- Add aspargus back to pan, saute for 3 minutes.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Remove fron pan and sprinkle with feta cheese.
