Chicken Stuffing Hotdish Recipe
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked & cut into chunks
- 2 Packages chicken Stove Top stuffing mix, prepared according to pkg. directions
- 1 lg. pkg. frzn peas (or possibly California Blend or possibly leave out)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup (or possibly one of each)
- 1/2 soup can lowfat milk
- Spread 1/2 stuffing mix (1 package) into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Layer on chicken and peas, then rest of stuffing mix.
- Blend lowfat milk into soups and pour over all.
- Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly, about 45 min.
