Blueberry cheese cake
- 500 grams plain yogurt
- 500 grams sour cream
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp gelatin powder
- 1 hot water
- 200 grams biscuit digestive
- Grind the biscuits finely in a food processor
- Add hot water and stir in the biscuits crumbs
- Divide the biscuit mixture evenly over the base of the prepared cake tin and press firmly with the back of a spoon or the vack of a cup and put it in the fridge
- In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt.sour cream.cream cheese.vanilla extract.lemon juice and sugar
- Add gelatin melted in a hot water
- Put the mixture over the biscuit
- Put it in the fridge over night
