Sandra's Mississippi Mud Pie Recipe

• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 c. minced nuts
• 1 lg. Cold Whip
• 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
• 3 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 c. powdered sugar

1. Combine flour, melted butter and nuts.
2. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 min.
4. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 Cold Whip and 1 c. powdered sugar.
5. Spread over cold crust.
6. Prepare pudding with lowfat milk.
7. Pour into crust and chill.
8. Serve with remainder of Cold Whip on top.
