Hamburger Kishke Recipe

  1. Brown hamburger in a skillet; drain well.
  2. In a separate skillet put about a Tbsp.
  3. of oil.
  4. Add in allspice, cornstarch, salt and pepper, garlic pwdr, onion and pepper.
  5. Cook till brown.
  6. Add in to meat mix.
  7. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, lowfat milk, Large eggs and 1/3 the cheese.
  8. Once mixed, add in the meat mix and mix well.
  9. Pour in the pie shell.
  10. Top with remainder of cheese.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
