Beef with Green Peppers

  1. Dredge beef with cornstarch, sherry, 1 Tbsp soy sauce and ginger.
  2. Heat
  3. oil and saute beef strips.
  4. When beef changes color, remove to a plate and in remaining oil saute bell peppers for 1 minute; add salt.
  5. Combine beef, peppers, 1 Tbsp soy sauce & sugar.
  6. Heat well.
  7. Serve on rice.
