Easy Baked Lamb Chop

  1. BAKE LAMB SHOULDER CHOP
  2. put all dry season on lamb shoulder chop then top add extra dried rosemary
  3. bake at 200 C for 20 minute then drain excess juice
  4. turn over and top with dried rosemary and bake for another 20 minute
  5. SERVING OPTION AS IT IS LAMB CHOP EASY BAKED WITH ROSEMARY RUB OR
  6. BBQ ONION SAUCE ( OPTIONAL )
  7. on the same baking tray after baking lamb put onion and excess juice from bake lamb with Bbq sauce and bake till bubbly hot then serve as sauce
  8. baked lamb shoulder chop serve with bbq onion sauce
