Easy Baked Lamb Chop
- 2 lamb chop
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp fine chili powder or paprika
- 1 tsp dried or fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup bbq hickory sauce
- 1 medium onion
- BAKE LAMB SHOULDER CHOP
- put all dry season on lamb shoulder chop then top add extra dried rosemary
- bake at 200 C for 20 minute then drain excess juice
- turn over and top with dried rosemary and bake for another 20 minute
- SERVING OPTION AS IT IS LAMB CHOP EASY BAKED WITH ROSEMARY RUB OR
- BBQ ONION SAUCE ( OPTIONAL )
- on the same baking tray after baking lamb put onion and excess juice from bake lamb with Bbq sauce and bake till bubbly hot then serve as sauce
- baked lamb shoulder chop serve with bbq onion sauce
