Mandarin Orange Pineapple Salad Recipe

• 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
• 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
• 2 c. mini marshmallows
• 1/3 c. coconut
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream (more or less depending on your tastebuds!)
• Few maraschino cherries, cut up

1. Drain all the fruit very well.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients and let stand overnight.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and whole maraschino cherries.
