Deliciously creamy mac & cheese
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cup Monterey Colby jack Shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup traditional bread crumbs
- 1 box medium shells pasta
- Cook pasta according to the box
- Meanwhile in a large sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
- Then add the flour and stir well.
- Add the soup, heavy cream, milk, garlic, and Ranch packet and mix well and bring to a slow boil.
- Once to a slow boil reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and a cup and a half of the Monterey Colby jack cheese.
- Once all the cheese is melted, stir in the cooked and drained pasta and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a large baking dish coated in non stick spray.
- Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
- Put in broiler for about 5 min or until cheesy is melted and bubbly.
- Remove and enjoy!!
