Southwestern Pork Chop with Stuffing

  1. Heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Season chops with chili powder.
  3. Add chops and onions; cook 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until chops are done (145F), turning chops and stirring onions after 5 min.
  5. Remove chops from skillet; set aside.
  6. Cook and stir onions 5 min.
  7. or until golden brown; stir in salsa.
  8. Return chops to skillet.
  9. Spoon onions over chops.
  10. Mix stuffing mix, corn and water; spoon around edge of skillet.
  11. Top with cheese; cover.
  12. Cook 5 min.
  13. or until stuffing is heated through and cheese is melted.
