Cheesy Chorizo Nachos with Fried Eggs
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups tortilla chips (4 oz.)
- 6 oz. Mexican chorizo, cooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, to skillet, leaving spaces between eggs; cover.
- Cook on medium heat 3 min.
- or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
- Spread half the chips onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet; top with layers of half each of the chorizo, cheese and eggs.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake 5 to 7 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with onions.
