Blueberry Strata Pie

  1. Drain fruits, reserving syrups.
  2. Blend cream cheese and next 3 ingredients.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons pineapple; stir remainder into cheese mixture.
  4. Spread over bottom of pastry shell; chill.
  5. Blend 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  6. Combine reserved syrups; measure 1 1/2 cups; blend into cornstarch mixture.
  7. Cook and stir until thickened.
  8. Stir in blueberries and lemon juice; cool.
  9. Pour over cheese layer; chill.
  10. Top with whipped cream and reserved pineapple.
