Glazed Brie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spread nuts across the bottom of an ungreased pie plate.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until toasted.
  4. Stir in liqueur, brown sugar and vanilla.
  5. Reduce heat to 325F Slice the top layer of rind off the Brie.
  6. Place the cheese in a small, ungreased baking dish and top with the nut syrup.
  7. Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is hot and soft.
  8. Serve with crackers and slices of apple and pear.
