Umpqua Apple Custard Pie Recipe

• 1 pt. applesauce
• 1 egg
• 1 lg. lump of butter
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. ice cream
• Heaping teaspoon flour
• Dash of salt
• Cinnamon to taste
• 1 unbaked pie shell

1. Beat all 8 ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
2. Bake in warm oven at 450 degrees for 10 min; and then in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.
