Chocolate Mint Frosting

• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk (I use skim evaporated)
• 4 oz. bitter chocolate, broken up
• 1/2 tsp. mint
• other extract

1. Place all ingredient into blender.
2. Cover and blend on high 3 or 4 minutes, or until thick.
