Sunny Sunday Salad

• 5 rocket
• 10 lettuce (purple and green)
• 10 green olives without seed
• 8 Buffala mozzarella bocconcini
• 10 Grape cherry tomatoes
• pinch salt
• pinch black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1. Wash and dry lettuce and rocket
2. wash cherry tomatoes and cut them in half
3. In a salad bowl put lettuce, tomatoes, rocket, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
4. Mix well
5. Add olives, and mozzarella bocconcini cheese
6. Mix some more, and serve
