Chicken Dorito Casserole Recipe
- 1 whole chicken, boiled or possibly microwaved, skinned & boned
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can lowfat milk
- 1 pound Velveeta
- 1 pound bag Nacho cheese flavored chips, crushed
- Combine Rotel, soup, lowfat milk and cheese.
- Heat mix to a sauce.
- Divide chicken.
- Place 1/2 chicken in bottom of casserole, then 1/2 crushed chips, then 1/2 cheese sauce.
- Repeat.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
