Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1- 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Good Quality Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cups Icing Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil (I Just Use The Extra From The Peanut Butter Jar)
- Add peanut butter, cocoa, sugar and salt to a food processor.
- Blend on low speed until smooth.
- With the food processor running, add the oil slowly through the feed tube.
- Continue blending until completely incorporated.
- Store at room temperature (or refrigerate) and enjoy on toast or use in baked goods.
