Baked Potato Toppers - Chipotle Cheese

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over med.
  2. heat.
  3. Add chipolte peppers: cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour and pepper until blended; gradually add milk.
  5. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheese until melted.
