Georgia Ginger Coffee

  1. Drain peaches & reserve syrup.
  2. In a blender or using an immersion blender, process half of the coffee & peaches for 1 minute.
  3. In a clean bowl, whip the cream, taking care not to overwhip.
  4. Put 1 cup cold water, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger & peach syrup in a saucepan & bring to a boil over mod heat.
  5. Reduce heat, simmer for 1 minute & then remove from heat.
  6. Add blended peach/coffee mixture + the rest of the coffee to the pan & stir well.
  7. Serve topped w/whipped cream & garnished w/orange zest as desired.
