Orange Sherry Raisin Bread
- 1 13 cups orange juice
- 14 cup oil
- 14 cup honey
- 23 teaspoon orange peel
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons yeast
- 14 cup sherry wine (dry)
- 23 cup raisins
- Soak raisins in sherry overnight, or at least 6-8 hours.
- When starting the dough, drain the sherry into the pan with the other.
- liquid ingredients.
- Use sweet setting.
