Stuffed Meatloaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  3. On a large piece of tin foil, form the beef mixture into a rectangle about 1 inch thick.
  4. Spread sour cream all over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar and olives on top.
  6. Roll up, jelly-roll style.
  7. Seal seam and ends.
  8. Place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 45 minute or until the meat is no longer pink.
