Native Grains Hotcakes(Gift Mix)

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl combine eggs, buttermilk, honey, and oil.
  3. Add egg mixture to flour mixture all at once.
  4. Stir just until blended but still slightly lumpy.
  5. For each hotcake, pour about 1/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown, flipping to cook the second side when suraace is bubbly and edges dry.
  7. Makes 6-8 5" hotcakes.
