Mock Scrambled Egg (Tofu) Wrap - Vegan

  1. Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Add the red onion and saute until translucent (about 3 minutes).
  3. Drain the tofu and pat off some of the remaining moisture with a few paper towels.
  4. Add the tofu, the garlic powder, and turmeric to the sauce pan.
  5. Use a spoon to break up the tofu into small chunks that resemble scrambled eggs.
  6. Heat the mixture until warmed all the way through.
  7. In a separate frying pan heat up the flour tortillas.
  8. Spread the tortilla with some veginase and the tofu scramble.
  9. Top with a couple of slices of tomatoes per wrap.
