Potluck chicken lasagna

  1. Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
  2. Add soup, milk, mushrooms, and Velveeta.
  3. Heat until cheese is melted.
  4. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Put 1/2 noodles on bottom of pan.
  6. Top with a layer of sauce, half the cottage cheese, and half of the chicken.
  7. Repeat.
  8. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until light brown on top.
