Steak Marinade Italiano

  1. Mix all ingredients except steak pieces for marinade.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup of the marinade over each pound of steak pieces; cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Grill or broil steak pieces until cooked through (160F internal temperature).
  6. Serve immediately or hold up to 1 hour at 140F or above.
